Block A

Configured like a triplex, Block A consists of 38 units, including 4 skyhouses, prioritizing a front-to-back design which admits more light into each unit.

Each opening looks out on green spaces; every balcony and loggia also give on a tree-lined courtyard. Block A provides private entrances to ground-floor residents and reserved entrances to residents on upper storeys. The building also features an underground parking garage accessible via an indoor stairway.

Completion of Block A is slated for spring 2009.
