Block B

Located to the immediate north of the first building, Block B has two elevators providing access to the parking garage and serving condominiums on three and four floors. The interior garden designed with care by master landscaper Claude Cormier, is an oasis of greenery accessible from Benny Street through a carriage entrance.

With 76 units of varying dimensions designed to easily accommodate families and persons of reduced mobility, Block B seamlessly completes the Square Benny project.

Delivery of Block B is scheduled for summer 2009.
