Designed in two phases, Square Benny harmonizes beautifully with neighbouring architecture.   Its  concrete structure and the layout of entrances to each building ensure residents’ peace of mind at all hours of day or night.  In addition to optimal soundproofing, a concrete structure provides greater durability than a wood frame, as well as a higher thermal mass, reducing heating requirements.

While each phase has is own distinctive characteristics, both incorporate the construction quality that has earned Développements McGill its fine reputation.

The design of living spaces was entrusted to NOMADE, an architectural firm renowned for its ingenious approach to housing.  Carefully selected finishes allow homeowners to create a living environment reflecting who they are.
