Process

1. Selection

3. Pre-authorized mortgage
   Contact our representatives or the financial institution of your choice, for a pre-authorized mortgage on the unit of interest to you.
4. Purchasing contract
   Meet with our associated real estate broker representative from McGill Immobilier, to sign the contract. Completion of the contract requires fulfillment of the remaining balance of the 5% deposit to the order of SEC Square Benny.
5. Options
   Choose your colours and finishes online.
6. Completion tour
   Note the completion of work on your unit for yourself. 
7. Notary
   Signing the notarized deed confirms it: you are a Square Benny homeowner!
